We identified this issue and a fix is rolling out in the next 2 days. Please go back to www.real.com in 2 days to install the latest version to resolve this issue. If the issue persists after this, please let us know.

Can you please let us know if you are seeing any error messages while installing RealPlayer?

I'm not seeing any error message.

If you feel RealPlayer is not installing right or not seeing any error messages, can you please follow these steps.
- Can you please go to C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\AppData\Roaming\Real\RealPlayer
- Open a file named "RealPlayer-log.txt"?
- Scroll down to the bottom of the log file and copy paste the last 4 lines over here.
This will indicate where the problem is.
If you have difficulty in finding this file, please let us know.0 -
