Same... I can download OK previously(paid upgrade)... and All of sudden it cannot download anymore... I even upgraded my plans(paid for the premium plans) just now to ensure it is not causing issue...

Same Here!!! I even upgraded my paid plans to see if anything holding me back. AFTER I upgraded just now... still CANNOT download... Even their test Video!!!

Real CS, Thanks for the info. But as a paid Plus user, how your company compensate the customers?They charge me FULL Price for the updated version (I paid for the previous version as well).
