3. you charged my credit card but i cannot download videos it keeps telling me to upgrade how may times do i have to pay. also your phone support tells me to press 0 for an operator but then when i do it tells me it's not valid choice.

I am having about the same problem.I paid for lifetime subscription and with this new version I have lost the ability to download just the mp3 file.Does anybody from RealPlayer read these messages,...
