    We are aware of this issue and apologize for the inconvenience.

    For a RealPlayer Plus customers, we will be releasing a fix soon and will send you an email to let you know when the issue is resolved. In the meantime, you can use the Cleaner function to import the data. To learn how to repair missing song information, click here.

    For RealPlayer Plus customers, a fix should be released within the next few days. Free customers will now need to upgrade in order to retrieve track information, or you can manually edit the information for the CD. To learn how to add song information, click here
