just for the record....I do not like the real player anymore. i had just recently contacted the support team concerning the realplayer, and found out why i could not view some videos. now since i understand what happen i would like to redo whats on the realplayer website. but i can delete. on top of that im not able to down load any videos on youtube. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling. i even checked with the settings within the player. there's nothing wrong with my computer because its brand new. so its not the computer. i tried on all the browsers and it still will not download. it saids theres no video to download. and on top of that of i even tried to restart real player. this is just one of my complaints. hopefully the issue can be taken care of. because i see a lot of unhappy people who have commented on youtube about realplayer and everyone is saying the same thing. they use to like it but now they dont. doesnt download anything.  Thank you for reading.
