To learn more on this, can you send us a screenshot? You can also try uploading contents via different web browser or RealPlayer application for PC.

Have you tried uploading through the RealTimes website (https://realtimes.real.com), rather than RealPlayer? Sometimes that method will work for customers when uploading from the player does not.

Hi. Yes your suggestion to upload from my Web login worked. Thanks. However how am I supposed to get the file to my PC in the first place? Downloader works but I need to get the file from the Downloader to the desktop. So that I, in the next step, can use the Web login to upload. Dragging from the Downloader to the desktop is obviously not allowed.

When you download from cloud, it will saved in your computer hard drive.
