Cannot watch DVD in full screen

 Alright guys, I've got RealPlayer plus, and cannot get my DVDs to play in full screen.  I've looked at directions in Support, but they are meaningless as none of the icons appear on my player.  All I have is a RealPlayer drop-down menu in the upper right corner.  I click on "view," and then "zoom."  My choices are "original size," "double size," and "full screen theatre."  Original and Full Screen theatre make the movie play in a tiny box in the upper left hand corner of the player, and double size only covers about 30% of the screen.  Please help!

  Try to reinstall RealPlayer. What is the graphics card on your respective computers?
