realDownloader Not Importing Files Into Library

realDownloader has stopped importing files into the realplayer library.  realDownloader is downloading the files but when the download is complete the realdownloader display simply shows "Importing file..." and the file is never imported into the realplayer library.  If I execute the realplayer menu commands |File  |Add files to library then realplayer will bring the downloaded file into the library even though realDownloader would not.  

 

I am running realplayer version 18.1.10.217, distribution T10ENUH34 on a computer running Windows 7.  What can I do to restore the functionality in realDownloader so that it imports the downloaded files into realplayer upon completion of a file download as it should?

  After a few days (and multiple sessions of using the software) realDownloader is now again importing the files it downloads into the realplayer library.  There was no apparent reason when the problem began and no visible reason that the problem stopped.  Hoping it keeps working from now on!

  when using real downloader cannot move imported files to saved real player downloader> they do not downlad to saved files just disappear. whats to do to fix this??

  Please reinstall RealPlayer to resolve this issue.
