Real Trimmer

I am running Real Times-Real Player File Version 7.7.0.10 running on Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1)  I use the trimmer to trim Sermons from Sunday Morning Worship for posting on our church website.  I have used this for the past 10 months and had no problems. (And, my predecessor used it for a few years. On Monday I tried to trim the Sermon from 6/18/17.  It loaded fine, but it will not play and I cannot change the start or end;

I have deleted temporary files, uninstalled Real Player and reinstalled it two times to no avail!  Please help as there are people who rely on our website.

  We are aware of the problem with trimming audio files after the latest RealPlayer update and our technical team is working on a solution.

  I have the same problem, Real Player will not trim .mp3 files. There is no date on the comment above, so is this a new situation? Hans Mathias (June 24, 2017).

  This is an issue that came up after the latest RealPlayer update. There isn't a fix yet but we hope to have one soon.
