File rename is not functioning and new name can not be saved!!!

Hi,

I tried several times under Queue - Details -to change this unreadable weird   leters and shapes encoded wrong for the Arabic language - to rename the file ,or the artist or the category and after click on ok it does not change anything!!! This is bad and happening for many years that you can not resolve this issue!!!???Why???

  What language are you using when changing or renaming the file name?
