Very small frame

The video played by your product on my laptop is about 1/4 of my display, even on double zoom. On theater mode it is even smaller.

Every other source fills the screen

Games, downloads, everything but your programme,

  To resolve this issue, I recommend you perform a uninstall and reinstall of RealTimes. To do so, follow the steps in this article:

  • Is it happening to all videos?
  • What is the file format?

  • What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
