real player crashes when trying to burn a DVD

after loading files to burn a DVD from my real library the files begin the recode and transfer process.

Then while transferring the files I get a message that Real Player has stopped working and windows is looking for a fix. 

This has been happening since I installed the latest Real Player update.

Please advise if there is a fix for this problem.

  After loading files whwn i start to burn CD Real Player stop working. This is happening when i try to transfer files to music file in my computer. Wy?
