Updated 4-24-17, Now can't download Tumblr videos
Hello, Today after updating RealPlayer, Ive discovered that I can't download videos from Tumblr. I had no problem doing this until today. The partial box at top is there while a video is on the page, but it does not drop down with the orange bar and the picture of the video. I've clicked on the box, but only the blue box comes down and says there's no video.
I have the latest version of Firefox and Windows 10. I've had this problem before - after a RealPlayer update, but I don't remember how it was corrected. I have no security problems and all my add-ons and extensions are the same as when I was able to download any Tumblr video.
Please help me correct this problem, some of their videos are very special to me. Thank you for your assistance. ☺

I followed the instructions on the link you sent. What I've now discovered is that the RealPlayer download button will not accept ANY video! Even the YouTube Video Test could not get the download button to drop down and let me download the test! So, what do I do now?
Thank you for your previous suggestion!

Still, after following every possible choice on the 2 pages for me to check for an answer, I can't download any videos from anywhere. Realplayer was working perfectly last week, on every web site I download videos from, and now it says, "No videos to download on this page". This happened after the latest update, this week. So now I'm unable to do the work that I enjoy and RealPlayer (that I've paid for) will not work. I've been a customer of RealPlayer for over 7 years, I have not changed one thing on my PC after downloading and installing that update.

Wow!! Maybe as a member of the community I can actually help someone out. First, I have all of my video's downloaded to R.P. Then what I do is to go to my YouTube app. Since it's already set to save to R.P.,this is where I find the orange box at the top. Click on it and the video goes straight to your library but when it says "not enough space" I can't even send it to my library so I can listen to it. A note, you published one of my posts but I can't find the other one. What? are you too embarresed to post it, seeing as that Dennis guy is such a smart-ass?
