Refund - Realplayer Plus

I have Purchased the realplayer Plus on 1st April to play DVD on my laptop.

It did not work well at all.  The DVD movie pictures were just like reading a book, you have to wait for every scene to change.

Very unhappy with the purchase.

  I too have gotten the real player plus. They advertise 30 day back money back, well it doesn't work and surprise, surprise I can find no information on getting my refund!
