I have read, gone over, and followed the only available help instructions I can find to get my "Jewel Case Insert" printing to work, but absolutely NOTHING happens when I click on it.  I have Real Player Version #-18.1.10.217 and am paying $4.95 a month for the Premium features I believe. Please give me some "NEW" information to work with, not all the same old stuff that is already on line that I have been thru 3 times already.  Thank you
