How can I get the videos from my dell to my iMac

  When you download files using RealPlayer the files will be saved in the hard drive. RealPlayer will only have a shortcut to that file in RealPlayer library. It won't store the files in any external server. If you install RealPlayer on another computer you need to transfer the downloaded videos from the old computer to new one using an external hard disk or any storage device.

  I tried that with a plug in san disk but when I click on the videos there is no copy, save to or send to

  "Copy to" options are available only on RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16. In case, of RealTimes you need to follow the standard Windows explorer approach to copy files to your Sandisk. To do so, follow the steps:

  Open Windows Explorer and go to the location where the media files are stored.

  1. Open another window (Windows Explorer) and open the connected device.
  2. Highlight and copy the media files you want to transfer.
  3. Go to the connected device window and paste the media files to the connected device window.
