  The referral to 204277748 does not solve the problem. The clip titles will not appear in the dialog box when I follow all the instructions. If I select print library clips then they will be listed in the dialog box, not so for playlists.

  Try uninstalling and re-installing RealPlayer by following the article:

  I followed the directions in 204040013 and reinstalled realplayer.. The issue has not changed. When I try to print the list of tracks in a playlist it only shows numbers,ie 001,002, etc and not the track title as shown in the playlist.
