  You may receive this message if RealPlayer doesn't detect the format of the file. Burning MP4, FLV, WMV should burn without any issues. If your files are in WebM format, please note RealPlayer can not burn WebM files and you will continue to get such messages.

  Alternately, you can install additional codecs
