Notebook da error al querer trasmitir a tv

Mi notebook HP Pavilion 15 cs 3011la al enviar vídeo descargado con real player a tv Sony kdl 40 w 605 B , arroja error 0x80040211 y no se puede reproducir en el tv quisiera saber si el notebook no es compatible con el programa de real player y si hay alguna solución
