Codec .rmhd Takeover

I recently had to update my old version of the free RealPlayer download after being prompted by a pop-up that disallowed use until update was downloaded. The new version automatically converts music downloads to HD (.rmhd). This codec cannot be converted back to mp3 so I cant transfer them to any other media output source. Audio conversion software are ill-equipped to convert them, as well. How can I return my titles to mp3 format. With the old version, I could just uncheck the HD box on the downloader, the new version doesn't have that option. I contemplated the premium version, but I would still be unable to access the music unless I used the RealPlayer. Can you help?

  In the new version (RealPlayer v.2020), we removed the function to automatically convert your downloaded videos to RMHD. You can only convert them to RMHD if you choose manually. We are not sure why this is happening on your end. 

  In addition, using RealConverter, you should be able to convert RMHD files to MP3.  What errors do you see when doing so?

  Lastly, can you reinstall RealPlayer v.2020 and see if it still continues to covert to RMHD automatically?
