New version won't install

Have tried to upgrade to the new version yesterday on Windows 10 and today - but it won't complete. Install bar gets nearly to the end and then stops. Task Manager says it isn't doing anything. If I double-click on the desktop shortcut (yes that's there!) nothing happens.

Have tried everything I can to get this to work including full uninstalls, clearing all the files manually and fidlding with the browsers I use.

Anyone else had this - andor maybe found a way round it?

  Same problem on 2 machines with windows 10 Pro - 64bit. I unin stalled and reinstalled 3 times.

  I can open RP Downloader from the taskbar but noting happens when I click Sign In or Open RealPlayer.

  I can't sign in from the taskbar either. 

  This install is totally broken!
