unable to burn dvds

I am not able to burn dvds.  I first had the problem this morning. I then updated to 20/20.  Still have the problem.  No message.  It just keeps spinning.  Help!

  Can you try the following and let us know the status?

  • Try a different video.
  • Insert a different DVD disk, preferably a different brand.
  • Reinstall RealPlayer

  Please let us know how it goes.
