Real converter won't work on my laptop

Realplayer itself; Downloader and Trimmer all work on my laptop but the only format that Real Converter will convert to is MP3 which is of course useless in compressing videos. It creates the file but doesn't convert.
All functions work on my desktop

  What happens when you use RealConverter to convert to a different format other than MP3? Are you seeing any error messages?
