Importing Media to Media Library message will not go away and will not allow people search to start.

I was people indexing my media library when all of a sudden it paused and said that it was importing media to my media library and would resume after completed.   Now it looks like it is frozen.   Nothing is going on.   I tried a computer restart and it did nothing for it.

 

Please Help.

  It probably is stuck in a weird state. Please reinstall RealPlayer and if the issue still persists, please let us know.
