WHY, a new Upgrade purchase bill on 1/3/2023?, when I already purchased the Plus Upgrade in 6/21/2021. I need a explanation or a refund!

    You purchased RealPlayer Downloader v.22 on 1/1/2023. This is the latest version of RealPlayer. You previously purchased RealPlayer v.20/20 in 2021. These are 2 different products.

    I already bought the Plus upgrade on 6/21/2021, so I don’t understand why I was charged again on 1/3/2023. This looks like a duplicate billing or an upgrade issue  that needs checking. Please explain this or refund the extra charge as soon as possible.

    We have a 30 day refund policy. What was purchased years ago can't be refunded. That said, we don't see a paid account under your gmail address. Can you please share the email address associated with your purchase?
