Can't download

Hello, I need help please, I'm unable to download public videos from facebook and instagram anymore, this problem started about one week ago, I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

  We are aware of this issue. Looks like Meta made changes on their end. Our engineering team is looking into it. We don't have an ETA at this time but rest assured the product team is investigating it.
