Can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows have you installed?

still unable to download videos -- I sent what I could of the information you requested but heard nothing back- I attempted to install using microsoft edge, google chrome, and avast security browser but to no avail - I then completely removed realplayer from my computer and tried to reload using edge - it said it downloaded and installed but still when I click the "download video " ling I get a mostly blank screen and when I click download from link on that screen I get nothing - I attempted to call y'all to get this resolved but apparently y'all do not speak with your customers on the phone -Just so you know I have been a customer for over twenty years and do not at all appreciate this shoddy treatment

I replied to your original e mail with what I could get of this information - no idea why you didn't get just where would you like me to send it?
as far as I know the latest version of real player - windows 10 - this is what I get when I clik on "download video"
