Need to update email address

I need to update my email account. It says I have to verify my current email address in order to update to a new email. So I click on Verify and it says an email is being sent, but I never receive an email (and yes, I've checked my spam box). I have tried this several times and no emails received. Please help.

  We see that your RealPlayer Plus 22 is associated with @sbcglobal.net. We are making changes to our system as the "Verify" button is broken at the moment. Please provide the email address you want to change your account to and we will do it from our end.
