Real Player plus 16

im still having trouble with my real player plus 16 I've  had this for years and have already paid for it - I try to redownload and it gives me only real player - can you send me a link to download it and get rid of the other junk - I don't want the cloud or real times or anything else I just need to download videos and burn MP3 - all that other stuff has screwed it up -  I need to clean everything real player off my computer and start over but I'm afraid if I do that I will lose all my info - please send me a simple download for real player plus 16 and let me know if I can wipe everything off and start over !?

  I've already purchased Real Player premium features but now since I uninstalled and reinstalled my burning capabilities are GONE.
