I have enabled add-ons.  Tools shows that the download feature has been activated, but it does not appear on the screen.

I purchased this program for $50 roughly two years ago.  Expecting me to have to update it in that amount of time is hardly reasonable.

I paid for the program.  That entitles me to have it work.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps in this article:

Note: Before you delete your Library, please be aware that deleting it will not delete your music files, but you will have to recreate all your playlists.

If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know the progress.
