
I suggest you to perform a clean uninstall (alone) of RealPlayer by following the below article:

Then, reinstall RealPlayer 16 by clicking the below link:
http://cache-download.real.com/free/support/win/RealPlayer16.exe
Note: Try disabling the Antivirus/Security program(if any)while uninstalling and reinstalling the RealPlayer.
