Unusable
I received the 'update' to my RealPlayer software. Before the update, RealPlayer worked fine. I could download videos and play them. But now, the real player window is now unusable. I can still download videos, and the RP window comes up and displays the videos I have downloaded. However, clicking on the window has no affect. The X to close the window does nothing. Clicking on the videos to view them does nothing. All I get is the tone indicating an illegal input. I have to shut the computer down to close the window.
What to do? I suppose a link to the latest version that works is necessary. Please, send a link. I have Windows 11.

It sounds like the update didn't install properly for you. It is quite possible that either Windows impacted the proper installation of RealPlayer or some components of RealPlayer's update didn't download properly.
Please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
