RealPlayer Plus DVD Creation
I have been using RealPlayer Plus 15 since 2013 and have created over a hundred DVDs using it. Most of the blank DVD disks were DVD+R or DVD+RW. Last night I tried to burn a DVD and I got an error which stated that I had to use only DVD-R or DVD-RW. I just purchased a 100 pack of Maxwell DVD+R disks.
When did this change take place? And why was I not notified?
I really like using RealPlayer Plus 15, and after doing an "Check for Updates" on March 18, 2014, I was unable to burn a DVD, so I called Customer Support - at (206) 674-2700 (Which is now a none working number), the Rep Sent me a link to Plus where I was able to re-install RealPlayer Plus 15. The Rep never told me that I could upgrade to RealPlayer 16 Plus, which I would of have.
Inasmuch as I ordered the 100 pack of Maxwell DVD+R disks online from Amazon, I am going to have to pay to ship them back and possibly pay a restocking fee or an open package fee, plus wast a lot of time.
Please advise me as to what my options are.
