    I'm sorry it took us so long to get back to you regarding your Cloud content.

    In June 2016, we sent emails to all free customers who had not signed into their accounts for over 6 months--you should have received a total of three such emails letting you know that if you did not sign in or use your account within 30 days, we would delete any media you had stored in RealCloud. I have confirmed that we sent the first email to your email address on June 14, 2016.

    As you did not sign into your account within the requested 30 days, your content was deleted from RealCloud storage.

    I'm sorry, but it is not possible for us to retrieve content once it has been deleted from RealCloud.

    In order for media uploaded to RealCloud to remain accessible, customers should interact with their cloud storage at least once every six months by uploading content or watching or sharing files stored in the Cloud.
