BURNING DVDs

I've down loaded "redownloading realplayer plus without being charged" four times, and has of yet been able to have the abilily to burn DVDs. I'm at the point of whatever it takes (including upgrade) to eleviate this problem.  Could I have you do a remote download/troubleshooting to solve/fix this?  Thank you.

  why am i going thru all this crap to get a response??????? do i have to upgrade now to burn a dvd? why?????????????????????????????

  when I try to but a dvd I get this message ordinary  error has occurred... or no disc  and also have trouble rea lplayer shutting down
