    If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

    Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.

    Please note: We will not be making any more updates or bug fixes in this version as it has reached End of Life support.

    Thank you! I did as you instructed and still got the same error message in v18 that I received in v22. Neither will allow me to login. I was allowed to reset my password (It sent a link to my e-mail) under forgot password, but it will not allow me to login. It keeps giving me the popup, "Unable to login currently, please try again shortly. If the problem persists you may need to restart your computer."  It will let me sign in add the "Upgrade to Premium) button to pay for the upgrade that I already previously purchased for v18. It also did the same  to upgrade in v22(which I don't have). But will not log me in so I can receive the Plus benefits, only to pay for upgrades.This has been happening repeatedly for months. Please advise and thanks in advance!

    Ok, so then this confirms that your account is not the problem. Something in your Windows is blocking the sign in process. We sent you an email. We will take it from there.
