Can't sign in and very slow download
I've been trying to sign in to see why the download is so slow, 1.5Mbps for awhile now.
I keep getting the message about "unable to currently log in and to restart my computer"
Why can I not log in? Why the slow speed?

To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

I just did as you said and still get this message
"Unable to login currently, please try again shortly. If the problem persists you may need to restart your computer."

This may perhaps be due to some Windows services not starting for you. Alternately, you can follow the steps from this link.
Please note: This is a uninstall and reinstall step with additional steps. If you follow these steps, you will need to re-create any playlists you have. It won't affect any of your library.

- Well, I've un-installed and then re-installed a couple times now and I still have slow download speeds, way below the default 10Mbps. When I click onto the unlimited button I get sent to the log on page where I still get this message "Unable to login currently, please try again shortly. If the problem persists you may need to restart your computer."
- Any other ideas?
- And I'm getting advertisements on the download page
