On 20th March 2013 I purchased 1 Real Player Plus and Real Player Software for £39.99.

Order no. 4004137019

I assumed this payment included lifetime premium membership, and that I could upgrade all future versions without extra charge. Is this the case? Or is this all just a massive rip off??
