Due to real player supporting only edge and not firefox, I will looking else where.

I can't even upgrade to premium because you only support Microsoft EDGE, which right now has a problem working. I can't use firefox, the upgrade still wants to go through EDGE, even to upgrade.

  RealPlayer and its downloader is designed to work with Edge, Firefox and Chrome. From your description, it appears that Microsoft Edge is set as your default browser. If you want the upgrade to go through Firefox, you will need to change your default web browser to Firefox.
