Unable to download on new computer
I am able to download on my old computer but cannot download the same videos on my new computer. I know I can only have a certain number of computers able to download and I have deleted older computers from my permission list in the devices tab and added my new computer but still nothing. And, again, I know the videos I am trying to download are ones capable of downloading so it is an internal problem with my account.
I was in RealPlayer Express 22 but now downgraded to Free (presumably because they are up to RealPlayer 24. So is my only option to pay again?

If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 24 and install RealPlayer 22. You can install RealPlayer 22 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to sign into it to activate your Downloader Express features.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?

RN Support, Thank you for your time!
I did uninstall 24 and installed 22 and am now able to download YouTube videos but still not Tubi videos, which I have been able to do with Real Player for years now. I have another computer which I also have Real Player on and am able to download Tubi with no problems (taking into account that I know which videos I can and cannot download on the site). That said, I also went ahead and let it update back to 24 and got the Express subscription. So everything should be fine now. Right?
But it is not. I can still download YouTube but if I try to download the same videos from Tubi that I do on my other computer, my other computer will download without problem but my new one still says there are no videos to download. I tried restarting and re-logging in to Real Player without this helping. I even made sure it is showing my subscription to Express.
So, let me list an example URL and my web browser info:
https://tubitv.com/movies/468303/classic-albums-rush-2112-moving-pictures (These Film Arise videos have always been downloadable)
Browser: Firefox mozilla-MSIX-1.0 128.0 (64 bit) - this is my usual and the same on both computers but I also tries MS Edge Version 126.0.2592.102 (Official build) (64-bit) and got the same problem.
For the record: when downloading from Tubi Mostly all MGM movies are downloadable as well as most independent films. Columbia, Fox, and Warner Brothers are mostly non-downloadable but can really be hit and miss, but still mostly "miss". So, I am not referring to ones that I know cannot be downloaded.
Don't know what the problem is now...

If you were able to download from TubiTV but not now, most probably TubiTV have made some changes on their end and stopped allowing their content from being downloaded. More over, TubiTV consists of copyright protected videos. RealPlayer won't download copyright protected content.
Since you are able to download videos from YouTube, you will need to contact TubiTV. We just tried a movie from MGM and that also didn't download. So most likely they have blocked their content from being downloaded.

Sorry, you are not reading what I am writing.
I CAN still download on my old computer but CANNOT on my newer one when everything else is the same. So the problem is Real Player, not the website.
I also identified that I know the difference between content that can and cannot be downloaded so the problem is not that either.
Honestly, if you are not going to read what you are responding to then don't bother as you make yourself look foolish. Likewise, if you are not going to give factual answers then don't bother responding at all. I appreciate what the downloader is able to do and thankful for what I have been able to download but as for future support of Real Player, well, if this is the support it provides then I won't be paying any more for any additional services as it's obvious you don't care to listen to what is being said and give actual answers.
Sorry I wasted your time as well as my own. Maybe if you go back and read what I took pains to describe as accurately as I could, and give an honest response I might have respect for your software again. But until then I will start looking elsewhere for similar services that actually care about what they do to LISTEN and give intelligent responses even if the outcome cannot be resolved.
