RealPlayer24 Downloader cannot download 4k format
Was able to download 4k video on YouTube before updating to Real24.
After updating to realplayer24 and its downloader "Smart Download" wasn't able to download 4k format video on YouTube.
"Advanced Option" also show the higher format is 1080p and not higher than that. Please fix it...

If you installed RealPlayer 24, you will need to upgrade to activate the paid features in RealPlayer 24 as this is a different product with additional new features.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 24 and install RealPlayer 22. You can install RealPlayer 22 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to sign into it to activate your paid features.

Same here ..They screwed up everything with new interface now it wont download in 4k on youtube ,,But vimeo it does..This happens everytime they update there software

realplayer does not value its customers. Not one notice or status as to when they will have this fixed. Pathetic.
suggestion - tell it like it is, wide and far, on social media about realplayer's incompetence and indifference to its customer base and other may want to consider other options.
