Apparently I did not buy "RealPlayer" I only bought "RealPlayer 22"

Confusing? Yeah. Deceptive? Yeah.

So if you payed the "Pay Once" and got "RealPlayer 22" your paid features do not carry over to "RealPlayer 24" you get to "Pay Once" a second time.

Even now the plans page says "RealPlayer Plans" not  "RealPlayer 24 Plans"

You select "Downloader Express"  and click on the buy button it calls it "RealPlayer Express" on the payment page NOT "RealPlayer Express 24"

The current product listed is the exact same product listed on my "pay once" order confirmation.

So you pay the "Pay Once" price you are ONLY paying once until they decide to call it "Real Player XX"

  I tried call the North American phone number (Corporate Headquarters) Phone: 1-206-674-2700
  
  Utterly useless as one might expect now a days.
  
  You can get to an option to press 0 to talk to a person, but when you do it tells you "invade entry" Do it four times and it does not default to putting you on with a human it just hangs up on you.

  You can also just wait on the first prompt to hit 0 to reach the front desk, and it does to though, but it just rings and tells you "the person you are trying to reach is not available."
