Downloader will not download any videos

The Real Downloader will not download any videos. I have tried YouTube videos as well as other videos. None will download. I did not have this problem a couple of weeks ago.

  Hey! I had this problem. Someone else in the community suggested a VPN thing. I turned off the VPN I was using. Norton Secure VPN.  That did the trick. Must be some new issue between the VPN and the downloader.
