Trying to sign in RP24 - all it shows is offline.html

I've seen this posted a few time, but a solution was never posted directly, so here I go again:

When trying to Sign In on Real Player 24 on PC all that shows up is a white field "offline.html"

Re-Installed / Over installed a few times, absolutely does not solve the issue.

Please help, I cannot access my bought features.
