Unable to connect with Realplayer on PC
Hello,
I’m unable to access my Realplayer’s PC Library.
I have made sure that via Preferences, Mobile access is enabled. But that didn’t work. I have the most updated version: RP 24.
Then I have deleted the application from my PC and reinstalled as recommended by you on a similar post. Same issue still persists: unable to connect and to make sure I’m connected to the same WiFi. I only have one WiFi network.
Is there a solution to that problem? I have always loved RP and used it to play my music and videos.

Which OS is your mobile device on? We assume you are logged into RealPlayer with the same email address on both the PC and mobile, correct?

My iPhone’s latest iOS 17.6.1. iPhone 11.
Yes, I’m using the same email address for both.0 -
We just tested this on an iPhone running the same version of iOS and it connected without any issues. We are able to see the videos stored on the PC directly from the iPhone. Something else must be blocking. We will send you an email and take it from there. Please respond to our email.
