download video with URL on Android RealPlayer app

I left a comment a week ago concerning using the Android app to download videos via URL to see if anyone can say why even though I pay for the subscription, it is still impossible to do so while RealPlayer sells the app with this option.

so now, why do I have lots of failing messages on my activity centre showing that I am not able to download the video with the link???? Can anyone from RealPlayer explain?!! 

Also, the contact option on the RealPlayer website for Android is not possible from the RealPlayer website because it shows ERROR. Is it a scandal?

  We currently have a known issue where you won't be able to download videos directly to a mobile device. Our engineering team is aware of it and looking into it. You can still use your mobile device and download them directly to your PC though.

  I have tried numerous times to download it to my PC, and the result shows a failure like the mobile phone. Therefore, I have cancelled my Plus subscription.
