I cannot believe how hard it is to get help or support with this company. Questions aren't even being answered. I paid for the RealPlayerPlus but don't have access to it, even using the email confirming my purchase (i keep getting warnings that the page is unsafe). Can't even speak to a rep by phone. I don't have an extension number and when I press '0' as prompted, it says it's an invalid choice. What does anyone have to do to get support?
