  I upgraded and now Realplayer downloads even slower than before .

  Same issue--unable to download.  Is there not a a place to click on at the Realplayer site to get actual support, or are we on our own?

  It's a total ripoff. No matter what browser I use or whether I reboot my computer or modem, it doesn't download live stream and doesn't download videos most of the time.

  There is no support email to complain or ask for a refund.

  I wish I had ordered through PayPal because they would refund my money.

  All I can do is post a YouTube video telling  people to watch out for this scam company
