Premium account not functioning fully

We are already having a premium real player downloader account but now it's not functioning fully even though we logged in it shows upgrade to premium, kindly sort it out.

  They won't. Save your time and money, this company deserves neither. Now it's just another soulless corporate entity interested solely in your money and not the service they provide (or don't),  you can find way less buggy media players out there.
