Unable to Download YouTube Videos Since March 7, 2025

Since March 7, 2025, I have been unable to download YouTube videos using RealPlayer. I followed the recommended steps to check for updates:

1. Opened RealPlayer
2. Clicked the logo > Check for Update
3. Verified that I have the latest version RealDownloader 2025.1.26.0

Despite updating, the issue persists. Can you confirm if this is a known issue, and if so, when a fix or resolution will be available?

  Everyone is in the same boat.  Even with the application stating all components are up to date.  Support will not respond.

  It suddenly started working again on youtube
